Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Anticipated Start Date: May 11th, 2026
Position Overview
Kelly Services is partnering with Schneider to hire a Senior Customer Specialist in Green Bay, WI. This role plays a key part in supporting customer accounts by managing freight activity, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence through proactive monitoring and coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Track and oversee customer freight activity to identify potential service disruptions and address issues before they escalate.
Adjust plans and recommendations based on changing freight volumes and customer needs.
Leverage internal systems and reporting tools to evaluate trends, service gaps, and performance metrics.
Develop and propose practical solutions to improve service outcomes.
Partner closely with internal teams, leadership, and external customers to ensure timely and reliable service execution.
Participate in freight solicitation activities and negotiate rates aligned with current market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
