Withinour500-personmanufacturingfacilityinGreeley,LeprinoisseekingaMaintenanceTechniciantosupporttheoperationandmaintenanceoftheindustrialwastewatertreatmentsystemsthatsupportourGreeleymanufacturingfacility.Thisrolecombineshands-onmaintenanceworkwithprocesssupporttoensurewastewaterequipmentoperatessafely,reliably,andincompliancewithregulatoryrequirements.Ourwastewatertreatmentplantoperatesjustoutsidethemainproductionfacilityandplaysacriticalroleinmaintainingenvironmentalcomplianceandoperationalcontinuity.

AtLeprino,startingcompensationforthisroletypicallyrangesbetween$34.36and$40.38dependingonexperience.

WhatYoullDo:

• Maintainandtroubleshootwastewatertreatmentequipmentincludingpumps,gearboxes,mixers,valves,fans,andassociatedprocesssystems.

• Performmechanical,electrical,andinstrumentationtroubleshootingtodiagnoseandrepairequipmentfailures.

• Executepreventive,predictive,andcorrectivemaintenanceactivitiestoensuresystemreliabilityandcompliancewithenvironmentalpermits.

• Operatewastewatertreatmentprocessestoachieverequiredtreatmentstandardswithminimalsupervision.

• Conductinspectionsandmaintenanceactivitiesincludinglubrication,filterchanges,oilchanges,andequipmentadjustments.

• Collectwastewatersamplesandperformbasiclaboratorytestingtomonitortreatmenteffectiveness.

• Maintainlaboratoryrecordsandtracktestingsupplies.

• Divertplantspillswhennecessaryanddocumentexcessivewaterusagecomingfromthefacility.

• Supportcreationandimprovementofpreventivemaintenanceproceduresandmaintenancedocumentation.

• Maintain5Sstandardsinthewastewaterfacility,maintenanceareas,andtoolstorage.

• Workinaccordancewithsafetyprocedures,SOPs,GMPs,andregulatoryrequirements.

  YouHaveAtLeast(RequiredQualifications):

• 3yearsofexperienceinanindustrialmaintenancetechnicianroleinvolvingmechanicaltroubleshootingandrepair.

• Hands-onexperiencemaintainingpumps,mixers,gearboxes,valves,fans,pneumatics,andsimilarprocessequipment.

• Experiencetroubleshootingelectricalsystemsandcontrols.

• Abilitytoreadandinterpretschematicsandequipmentdocumentation.

• Experienceusingcomputer-basedmaintenancesystemssuchasSAP,Maximo,orsimilarsystems.

• Basiccomputerskillsincludingemail,internetuse,andMicrosoftOffice.

• Abilitytoread,write,andcommunicateinEnglishtofollowprocedures,documentwork,andtroubleshootequipment.

• Mustbeatleast18yearsofage.

• Strongproblem-solvingabilityandtheabilitytoworkindependentlywhensupervisionisnotimmediatelyavailable.

• Experiencewithstainlesssteelweldingorfabrication.

• KnowledgeofindustrialandregulatorystandardsincludingOSHA,PSM,orUSDArequirements.

• Experiencerebuildinggearboxesandprocessequipment.

• PLCtroubleshootingexperience.

• ExperienceworkingwithACfrequencydrivesandindustrialinstrumentation.
