Home Care Aide Great Falls, MTA trusted in-home care provider is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, reliable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Caregivers will provide personalized assistance that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while building rewarding, one-on-one relationships.The Home Care Aide provides compassionate, hands-on support to help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes. This role focuses on assisting with personal care and daily living activities while building trusted, respectful relationships that enhance each client’s quality of life.Pay: $18 to $23/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible schedulingEssential Functions and Duties:Follow each client’s individualized Plan of Care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and respect at all timesProvide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility, and exercise supportAssist with medication self-administration, communication needs, and timely response to client requestsSupport daily living tasks such as meal planning and preparation, laundry, transportation, and light household dutiesMonitor client condition and safety, report changes, hazards, incidents, or accidents promptly, and maintain accurate documentationCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and team members while demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitudeQualifications:Previous private duty or in-home caregiving experience preferredCompassionate, patient, and positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality careDriver’s license and ability to consistently report to multiple client locationsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and respond professionallyProfessional appearance, service-focused mindsetAbility to pass background, driving and drug screenings and current TB test requiredQuick 10 second application, e-mail or call dre@lcstaffing.com 406-298-914841411
