CNC Foreman Great Falls, MTA leading North American steel fabricator specializing in complex steel structures for the commercial, industrial, and civil sectors is hiring a CNC Foreman for their night shift. With their state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Great Falls, Montana, they are committed to safety, quality, and timely delivery in every project they undertake. The CNC Foreman oversees daily operations and assigns tasks to CNC Operators to meet production goals efficiently and on schedule.Why You Want This Position: Competitive Starting Wage: Up to $34.50/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, Nights - 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Health, dental, EAP, FSA, HSA, plus 401(k) are all available 2 weeks of Paid Time Off a year (can be negotiated) Steady Employment / Guaranteed Minimum 40 Hours a Week Paid On-The-Job Training Work-Life Balance 100% Employer Paid Insurance Options Paid Leave Employer Paid Protective EquipmentEssential Functions and Duties: Follow and enforce all ADF safety procedures, practices, and quality standards Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily CNC team activities, material flow, and production progress Oversee CNC operations, including machine maintenance, equipment repairs, and consumable inventory Maintain consistent quality of work while promoting process improvements and new procedure development Communicate effectively across departments and provide regular team guidance and feedback Support new-hire orientations, enforce policies, and assist with related duties or special projects as neededQualifications: Minimum 5 years of CNC manufacturing experience or equivalent skills and knowledge Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong technical understanding of CNC operations and production processes Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs High School Diploma or equivalent Quick 10 second application, e-mail or call dre@lcstaffing.com 406-298-914841147
