We are looking for a Branch Supervisor for our 10th Ave. So. Branch located in Great Falls, Montana. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area. You will be responsible to supervise and direct the operations of a small branch for a full service credit union. These duties include, but are not limited to: overseeing operational, accounting, marketing and loan processes. Responsible for building deposits and loan relationships, promoting sales of products/services, as well as retaining and building relationships with members. Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor and supervising support staff. Monitor facility and equipment needs of the branch. Must possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning and organizational skills, and be service oriented.
