Fairview Hospital Registered Resipiratory Therapist in Great Barrington, Massachusetts
This role collaborates with hospital personnel to deliver responsive, state-of-the-art, and patient-centered respiratory care, as well as a range of diverse outpatient services. The individual works closely with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative and supportive manner to ensure high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: - Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not required Education and Training: - Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Registry level. License, Certification & Registration: - NBRCRR - National Board Respiratory Care RRT - MARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist license - NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation - CPR Other Requirements: - Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal - Effective problem solving and team building skills - Willingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of education. - Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs. The minimum and maximum of the hourly pay range for this position is shown above. Actual rates of pay may vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
