Manufacturing Programmer/Technician – Technical Leadership in Electronics
Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:45PM or 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00PM–3:00AM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring 1st & 2nd shift Manufacturing Programmer/Technicians positions for our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing. These roles pay $23–$25 per hour and are, long‑term, temp-to-hire opportunities with potential for growth.
This position is a hands-on, highly technical role where you will program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment while serving as the primary expert for equipment performance, repair processes, and line‑down troubleshooting. If you enjoy a blend of technical skill, problem‑solving, and process improvement, this is a great opportunity.
Typical daily duties:
Program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment
Serve as first point of contact for equipment performance and process troubleshooting
Support continuous improvement through lean and Six Sigma practices
What we’re looking for:
2‑year electronics degree + 4 years of direct experience, or 8+ years in an equivalent technical role
Training or experience with lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
Strong familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) machinery (strongly preferred)
