Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Heavy Industrial Assemblers. This role is based as a contract position lasting 3-4 months, with the potential to move to another department after the contract ends. Ideal candidates will have forklift experience and a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components for large battery enclosures using hand and power tools.
Operate forklifts (stand-up preferred) to move heavy materials and battery modules.
Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment.
Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow.
Frequent lifting of 50 lbs, walking, bending, and pushing 750 lb battery modules on carts.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.
Consistently moving, lifting, and walking.
Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Able to stand throughout shift.

Work Environment
The Tooele site offers a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. All employees receive OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. This is a fully on-site role with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols. Employees must wear Steel or composite-toed shoes to start work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grantsville, UT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
