Aerotek Cnc Lathe Operator in Grantsburg, Wisconsin
CNC Machinist — $28–$32/hr
1st & 2nd Shift Available | Profit‑Sharing | Day‑One Benefits
Run CNC lathes and mills producing high‑quality parts in a team‑focused shop that rewards accuracy and ownership.
Key Duties
Operate CNC lathes (mills as needed)
Perform basic, independent setups
Set up workholding and bar feeders
Inspect parts, adjust offsets, and maintain SPC
Deburr parts and complete basic PM/TPM tasks
Support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Hands‑on CNC machining experience
Strong lathe operation skills
Blueprint reading
Ability to do your own setups
Pay & Benefits
$28–$32/hr , with guaranteed raises every 6 months

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
