Aerotek Cnc Lathe Operator in Grantsburg, Wisconsin
CNC Machinist — $28–$32/hr + Profit‑Sharing

What You’ll Do
Operate CNC lathes (and mills when needed) with accuracy and consistency
Perform independent setups , including workholding and bar feeder setup
Inspect parts, adjust offsets, and maintain SPC to ensure quality
Deburr parts and complete basic PM/TPM tasks to keep machines running smoothly
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration
What You Bring
Hands‑on CNC machining experience
Strong lathe operation skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Confidence performing your own setups

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
