CNC Lathe Operator
About the Role
Join a high‑performing manufacturing team where you’ll operate CNC lathes and mills, perform basic setups, and ensure precision‑machined parts meet engineering specifications. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan machining sequences to efficiently produce high‑quality parts.
Install, adjust, and maintain work‑holding devices and bar‑feed systems.
Inspect part dimensions and surface finishes; make corrections as needed.
Deburr parts and maintain accurate SPC charts.
Organize tooling, monitor coolant and oil levels, and complete TPM tasks.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, including HPT and CAPA activities.
Essential Skills
Hands‑on experience with CNC machining.
Strong proficiency operating CNC lathes.
Ability to perform machine setups.
Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a lathe machinist.
Familiarity with machining processes and shop‑floor best practices.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
