? What You’ll Be Doing
Operate CNC lathes (mills as needed) with precision and consistency
Perform independent setups , including workholding and bar feeders
Inspect parts, adjust offsets, and maintain SPC standards
Deburr parts and complete basic PM/TPM tasks
Take ownership of your machines and contribute to continuous improvement
Collaborate with a skilled, tight‑knit machining team

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
