Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays and holiday bonus Daily Workflow: Basic lawn care, planting, and maintenance Daily direction from supervisors on tasks and responsibilities Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and weed eaters. Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, pruning, and debris removal. Communicate effectively with team members and, occasionally, customers. Identify plant health concerns and assist in maintaining vibrant landscapes. Follow maintenance schedules and adapt to seasonal landscape needs. Ensure job sites are left clean and presentable after each service. We\'re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings): Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional landscaping Experience in running equipment: mowers, blowers, hedge trimmer, weed eater, etc. Ability to follow through with directions and team attitude is a must. Must be physically fit with the ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds.
