Work with a collaborative team of skilled professionals. Job sites change daily based on the route, but week to week they are the same. Tasks vary depending on job site requirements. Lead and work as a team yet have the initiative to be able to work independently. Problem solve, give constructive criticism, and delegate assignments. Maintaining residential and commercial landscapes: Mowing, blowing, pruning, shearing, etc. Organized, professional and personable. We\'re Seeking: Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Seeking conscientious, hard-working person who possesses supervisory and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of landscape maintenance procedures, and knowledge of landscape equipment and basic equipment maintenance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to forecast labor, material and equipment needs. A team attitude and being able to take direction are a must. Experience with plant identification, and knowledge in keeping plants healthy. Horticultural knowledge and plant identification of Northwest annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, and ground covers. Irrigation knowledge a plus. Experience in running equipment. Maneuver up to 50 pounds. Must be physically fit and able to endure outside environmental conditions. Must have a valid driver\'s license to drive company vehicle and transportation. Must be able to pass a drug test (THC ok), criminal background check and a DMV check. Strong communication skills.
