Extra Hands Services, Inc. is hiring a
Special Services Operations Leadto rebuild and lead our mobile specialty services division. This position is designed for a hands-on, highaccountability leader who thrives in active environments and is ready to take ownership of outcomes-not just assignments.

The role begins with a hands-on phase where you will directly support and execute specialty projects while stabilizing the team. As the division grows, your responsibilities shift toward broader leadership, including planning, scheduling, training, and quality control. About the Role
During the initial stabilization period, you will work side-by-side with your team on specialty cleaning and facility service projects. This includes demonstrating proper techniques, correcting poor habits in real time, and ensuring that every job meets quality, safety, and customer expectations. You will help establish repeatable workflows, operational consistency, and clear expectations that allow the team to perform confidently and independently.
As operations stabilize, you will transition into full leadership oversight. This means managing job sequencing and schedules, planning labor and resources efficiently, and ensuring that each project remains profitable. You will conduct routine quality inspections, provide ongoing training, and reinforce the systems and processes that support long-term success. You may also provide cross-functional support, such as assisting custodial teams, training new hires, or stepping into complex service requests.
Key Responsibilities

Stabilization and Hands-On Leadership
Lead and participate in specialty cleaning and facility service projects
Reinforce safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times
Demonstrate proper techniques and correct performance issues
Establish consistent workflows and operational standards
Long-Term Operations Leadership
Train and develop a high-performing operations team
Oversee scheduling, project planning, and daily workflow
Manage labor and materials to ensure project profitability
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
Implement systems that reduce owner involvement and improve efficiency
Cross-Functional Support
Support custodial operations during planned shortages
Assist with onboarding and skill-based training
Respond to special requests as a mobile operational resource
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience leading teams and managing operations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal qualifications include:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, maintenance, logistics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on work ethic and the ability to lead by example
- Demonstrated skill in training, coaching, and holding teams accountable
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and schedule changes
