Job Duties
Qualifications and Responsibilities
The candidate must be able to:
Observe court-ordered or agency-approved visits
Maintain a safe and structured environment for families
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Possess strong typing and computer skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe programs
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Exercise authority appropriately and clearly communicate expectations
Use effective de-escalation techniques
Demonstrate an understanding of child development needs and related issues
Assist with sanitizing and cleaning duties
Participate in staff meetings
Establish and maintain clear professional boundaries with clients
Demonstrate sensitivity and respect toward diverse populations
Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
Be self-motivated and dependable
A drug screen and background check are required.
Minimum Education Required
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required
Education in a human services-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
