The ideal candidate for this position will lead mechanical design initiatives, drive product innovation, and oversee documentation efforts while providing advanced technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines. This individual will play a key role in mentoring team members, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver solutions on-time and with excellence.

Drive the execution of product design activities applying advanced engineering principles, ensuring adherence to core practices, standard processes, and discipline
2.
Translate project plans into actionable solutions that address critical success factors, while guiding cross functional teams in a collaborative environment
3.
Design and detail products and product modifications to meet or exceed technical, safety, and customer specifications with a focus on scalability and manufacturability
4.
Lead research and development efforts to identify and integrate emerging technologies, equipment, and processes.
5.
Provide technical direction and support for prototyping, ensuring alignment with design intent and facilitating rapid iteration and feedback.
6.
Lead validation processes to confirm product reliability, safety, and compliance using data-driven analysis.
