The RN role with the Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy team is located at Trinity Health's campus in Grand Rapids, Michigan at Cathedral Square and at the Trinity Health campus in Hudsonville, Michigan. This is a PRN role. Be part of a team that makes a difference!

POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees and coordinates care for specific specialty area (Infusion Pharmacy) for an assigned caseload. Facilitates appropriate care, assists patients and families in finding and negotiating that care. Facilitates appropriate utilization of resources and efficient patient progression through the continuum of health care resulting in the highest quality and cost effective care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
Current State of Michigan Registered Nursing License, in good standing.
Specialty professional Certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in nursing experience.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in specialty area (Infusion).
