ManpowerGroup Parttime Communications Project Manager in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Our client, is seeking a Project Manager, Communications/Change Management to join their team on a part-time basis (approximately 15-20 hrs per week). As a Project Manager, Communications, you will be part of the Communications Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong collaboration abilities, and effective stakeholder management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager, Communications (part-time 15-20hrs per week
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Contract: 2-4 months depending on project needs
Pay Range: $45-47/hr
What's the Job?
Support a portfolio of key change, communications, and culture initiatives with a focus on execution and follow-up
Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, manage timelines, dependencies, and keep teams aligned and accountable to deadlines
Maintain project plans across workstreams and monitor progress against milestones
Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or delays to ensure continuous progress
Manage meetings, develop agendas, prepare materials, and document decisions to keep stakeholders aligned
What's Needed?
BS in Corporate Communications or related field
3-5 years of experience coordinating enterprise projects, change management and corporate communications
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Comfort managing timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups independently
Familiarity with change management, communications, and technology launches is preferred
