West Michigan Lodging oversees the new Hilton Homewood Suites, and Hilton Home2 Suites in Walker, MI. 

We are currently seeking to fill full and part-time Maintenance positions for both hotels. The days and hours can be flexible, and would be ideal for someone retired, or someone looking to supplement their income with full or part time work.

Some building maintenance experience is required, but this is primarily a general building maintenance position, and does not necessarily require extensive building maintenance knowledge, an in-depth mechanical background, or other extensive experience.

Job duties;

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Check for new maintenance requests from the Property Management System and update remarks once the task is completed.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Preform maintenance service in the guest rooms such as plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing/ trouble shooting, and or clean up.
• Use of hand tools and other equipment typically used for building maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacement parts and supplies as needed.
• Upkeep of pool, spa and its equipment.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

• Performs other duties assigned by ownership group and General Manager.

Ability to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.

Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and adhere to the hotel's Standard Operating P
