Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects.
Follow blueprints and technical diagrams for system installations.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repairs.
Perform sheet metal fabrication and duct installation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in sheet metal work and HVAC system installation.
Experience in construction and working with power and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge in HVAC systems.
Experience in duct work and sheet metal fabrication.
Familiarity with various HVAC installation techniques and materials.

Work Environment
Work on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. Start on Day 1 at 7am, then shift to 6:30am to 4:30pm for subsequent days. Work at various locations, offering diverse and challenging projects.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
