The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes that support the successful launch of new products. This includes collaborating with product development teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and aligned with production capabilities.
This position will lead efforts in process development, equipment selection, and production readiness, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong technical expertise across engineering disciplines and a proactive approach to solving complex manufacturing challenges. The engineer will work cross-functionally with design, operations, and external partners to implement robust solutions that enable smooth transitions from prototype to full-scale production.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to support new product designs, ensuring alignment with core engineering practices, standard procedures, and production capabilities.

Translate product development requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions using project plans and cross-functional collaboration to meet critical success factors.

Support design for manufacturability (DFM) by advising on product modifications that optimize production efficiency, safety, and quality

Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation solutions to enhance production capabilities and reduce cost
