Role :

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at a designated site, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. This role involves supervising security officers, maintaining compliance with company and client policies, and serving as the primary point of contact for client relations and incident response.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Security Patrol & Monitoring Conduct regular walking patrols to ensure safety and identify security concerns o Monitor facility access points and verify credentials of individuals o Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents using established protocols

Security Operations & Compliance o Enforce security procedures as outlined in Security Post Instructionso Lock/unlock doors, activate/deactivate security systems, and monitor surveillance feedso Inform and ensure compliance with SEI and Client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking violations)

Reporting & Communication o Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observationso Communicate effectively with workforce, clients, and managemento Present a professional appearance in a clean and pressed uniform

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes

• Team Oversight & Support o Provide guidance and support to junior officerso Ensure adherence to security protocols and customer service standardso Assist in scheduling and shift coverage as needed

Client & Incident Management

  • Act as point of contact for client concerns and escalations

  • Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation

  • Support training and onboarding of new security personnel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The State of Texas requires that you must have or obtain and maintain a valid Security Officer/Guard License issued by the TXDPS when providing any regulated activities in the State of Texas.

This role has the following special qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must have valid driver's license from state of residence and clean MVR

Required Skills & Abilities:

Minimum Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and potentially stressful work environment

  • Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills

  • Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to remain calm and act effectively in critical situations Comfortable with new technology

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • 3+ years security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

  • 1+ years Supervisory and Customer Service experience

Minimum Physical Requirements :

  • Stand at least 1 hour without support or a break

  • Sit at least 1 hour without a break

Certification Requirements (All)

Texas Non-Commissioned Security Officer Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
