Under general supervision of a licensed pharmacy technician, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations assist the Pharmacists and Supervisors with day-to-day activities in the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
Able to work under the direction of a supervisor
Repair and maintain the On Demand Express 3 machine, required
Communicate any concerns and issues to the supervisor
Available on call for repairs and coverage for the automation manager
Responsible for E3 maintenance, and preventative maintenance
Repair other pharmacy equipment as needed
Responsible for cassette repair/orders
Adherence to all pharmacy operational and safety standards
Collaborate as a team player to meet the operational goals of the pharmacy
Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Licensed Texas Pharmacy Technician required
Experience with robotic systems and/or automated environment
Experience with OnDemand Express III or similar automation systems preferred
Long Term Care pharmacy experience, a plus
Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to physically perform light lifting
