ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Grand Prairie, Texas
Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department supporting the ongoing operation and upkeep of facility systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $ 31hr
Shift: Days
What's the Job?
Maintain, repair, and service facility systems including mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Interpret blueprints and schematics to implement maintenance practices effectively.
Perform skilled maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal facility operations.
Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate repair requests and identify recurring issues.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machinery, equipment, or parts problems.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required.
5-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair services.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
