General farm work including field work and facility cleanup, cleaning storage, packing, and work areas, sorting and packing potatoes and other crops by hand, picking up rocks and debris from fields, and performing routine agricultural labor. Workers will haul crops and other agricultural products. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds for distances up to 75 yards. During peak periods, workers will be expected to work extended hours, typically Monday through Sunday, with schedules varying depending on weather conditions and workload. The job requires physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions. The work environment is a drug- and alcohol-free zone, and workers may be required to take a random drug test after hire at no cost to them. This is a full-time, temporary position from February 25, 2026 through December 15, 2026. All applicants must intend to work the duration of the contract. Workers will be paid no less than the applicable H-2A required wage rate. Based on prior experience, skill, and work performance, the employer may, at its discretion, pay certain workers a higher wage rate. Any higher wage paid is not guaranteed and is in addition to the required wage rate. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer\'s discretion. The regular work schedule is as stated in ETA-790A Section A, Items 6 and 7. Due to the seasonal nature of agricultural operations, which are dependent on weather conditions, crop conditions, daylight, and workload, workers must be available to work outside of the regular schedule when operationally necessary, including additional hours or additional days. Beginning and ending times may vary accordingly. Work may be performed Monday through Sunday. The employer may request, but will not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours or to work on a workers Sabbath or federal holidays. Workers must report to work at the designated time and place each workday. The employer will notify workers of any change to start time.
