CLM Landscaping, LLC landscape laborer in Grand Ledge, Michigan
Job Overview:
As a full-time landscape service employee at CLM Landscaping, LLC, you will play an inegral role by assisting in a wide variety of routein manual labors landscape related tasks. This is a full time seasonal (Generally mid-March - December) position for someone new and experienced candidates. Experience preferred but will train right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling landscaping tasks such as: commercial lawn mowing, operating landscaping equipment such as both large and mini skid loaders, weed whips, hedgetrimmers, blowers, bed edgers, sod cutters, hand held tools & wheel barrows etc.
Installation of landscape plant material, mulch, stone, edging, boulders, retaining wall and patio pavers; shovel, rake, dig and haul materials manually with wheel barrow and / or skid steer loader; operation of standard landscaping equipment. Experience preferred but will train right individual.
Minimum requirements:
The right candidate with possess a High school diploma or GED, a positive attitude toward others and required work tasks, possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take positive direction. Be able to work independently and in a group setting with fellow empl: oyees. A casual knowledge of tools, methods, matierials and equipment used for landscaping & grounds maintenenace is a plus. Must possess a valid state of Michigan drivers license, a good driving record. Be able to work in variable weather conditions and consistently be able to lift 25-50 lbs consistently throughout the work day.
Desired qualifications:
Prior experience in the landscaping installation and / or landscape maintenance preferred BUT will train right individual.
Starting pay:
From $16.50 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
