Our core values are demonstrated by our willingness to challenge the status quo, our ability to work together across departments to achieve common goals, and our commitment to fulfilling the needs of our community through thoughtful, high-quality interactions.

What You'll Do:

  • Operations Support: Assist supervisors in developing written cleaning procedures, staff schedules, and solving day-to-day employee issues.
  • Facility Care: Perform comprehensive cleaning including sanitizing restrooms, floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, waxing, stripping), window washing, and graffiti removal.
  • Maintenance & Setup: Perform minor facility renovations like painting and pressure washing; replace lightbulbs and ensure all custodial equipment is in proper working order.
  • Inventory & Security: Monitor supply levels and order materials as needed; ensure facilities are properly secured after business hours.
  • Community Prep: Move furniture and equipment to set up rooms for meetings and special City functions.
