Kelly Services Data Center Technician in Grand Forks, North Dakota
Join Our Client’s Team as a Data Center Technician!
Are you interested in working with advanced technology and supporting critical infrastructure? Our client, a leader in the data center industry, is looking for a skilled Data Center Technician to play a pivotal role at their premier facility. You’ll help optimize and maintain sophisticated mining hardware, as well as provide support for essential network and power systems.
Position Details:
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

What You’ll Need:
Minimum Requirements:
Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing computer and server hardware
Understanding of operating systems and networking protocols
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (and 50 lbs occasionally)
Preferred Skills:
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Organized and able to work independently
Comfortable working in challenging environmental conditions
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, repair, and maintain server hardware
Monitor servers and systems using specialized software
Assist with technical troubleshooting and collaborate with team members
Receive deliveries and process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
Keep the facility clean and organized
Maintain and track inventory
Manage equipment moves and deployments as needed
Utilize mining management systems and activity dashboards
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
