As a Sawmill Supervisor at
Interfor, you’ll lead a talented team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the
safe and efficient flow of logs and lumber through the mill. You’ll drive
productivity, quality, and cost improvements while fostering open communication

What We Offer
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and
qualifications, with an expected range of $91,000 – $116,000 (CAD) per

Highlights of the Role
Safety Leadership: Champion a safe work environment and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Productivity Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Quality Assurance: Oversee manufacturing processes to maintain high quality standards.
Team Engagement: Motivate and support production and maintenance staff to achieve targets.
