Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time Starbucks Supervisors to join our team at Starbucks in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Starbucks Supervisor, you will oversee store operations, provide direction to team members, and contribute to Starbucks' success by providing legendary customer service to all guests. What will you do?
Supervise team members and complete store operational needs by assigning team members and following up on work results.
Train and coach to service and operational standards, company policies, and procedures for both Starbucks and Delaware North.
Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks and Delaware North.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace, provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
More about you
No high school diploma or GED required
Minimum one year supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred, but not required
Cash handling and working with a point of sale (POS) system experience
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Physical requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
May be required to work in small or narrow spaces
Noise level may be moderate-to-high during busy times
