What will you do?\ Properly measure, portion, and cook all food items in a timely manner\ Ensure correct food temperatures are maintained and food is stored safely\ Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines\ Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked\ Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on spoilage sheet
