Our hospital is a destination for specialty care including heart, cancer, and stroke care. We offer a range of minimally invasive procedures using robotic-assisted technology, imaging, and a inpatient rehabilitation center, all on one campus.

The Surgery area at Genesys features 22 fully equipped operating rooms, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties in a high-efficiency environment. We offer flexible shift assignments with a low call burden, promoting strong work-life balance while maintaining a dynamic and engaging clinical setting. Our 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio ensures safe, focused, and high-quality perioperative care.

UNIT INFORMATION

• 22 operating rooms

• Multiple shifts including:

• 7:00am - 3:30pm

• 9:00am - 7:30pm

• 7:00pm - 7:30am

  New Premiums

• 5% Market Pay Differential

• Increased Night Shift Premium - 10%

• $2 Weekend Differential

• $10, 000 Sign on Bonus

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

• Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Or Certified Instructor.

• Education: - Requires a graduate of an approved professional (RN) nursing program.
