Job Description
The Electrical Technician is responsible for performing electrical installations on all company products. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot, service, diagnose failures, and make necessary repairs on these products.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations on company products.
Troubleshoot, service, diagnose failures, and make repairs on company products.
Use test equipment to solve problems in various systems.
Read and understand electrical schematics.
Possess an advanced understanding of electrical voltage reading AC/DC, focusing on low and medium AC voltages.
Prepare documentation, administer physical inspections, and complete sign-off books with QC coordination.
Conduct final system checks.
Adapt to new situations and/or systems on the production line.
Test, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, products, assemblies, and components.
Assist lower-level technicians with on-the-job training.
Mentor and act as a role model for co-workers on the production floor.
Provide feedback on areas needing improvement or correction.
Ensure lower-level technicians understand processes and can perform tasks properly.
Assist with process improvements and work instructions.
Inspect, identify, and make repairs and replacements as required.
Essential Skills
3+ years of electrical experience.
Proficiency in using test equipment and reading electrical schematics.
Advanced understanding of electrical voltage reading AC/DC.
Effective soldering skills.
Ability to conduct final system checks and adapt to new production line situations.

Leadership qualifications and experience.
Ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
Skill in process improvements and work instruction development.
Advanced product knowledge for inspection and repair.

Work Environment
Work in a non-CC shop environment with good air circulation. The role involves working inside and outside of trucks to complete builds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granbury, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
