Grambling State University is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to provide general office management and clerical support to the College of Education.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
General Office Management duties and responsibilities to include (but not limited to): flow of communication or correspondence; telephone answering, transfer of calls and message taking; ordering, distribution of and maintenance of office supplies, routine office materials and maintaining the decor of the office; receipt of office documents, etc.
Administrative/Clerical Support duties and responsibilities to include (but not limited to): clerical support for the preparation of college-wide meetings, special impromptu meetings, provide Supervisory oversight of College Work-Study assignments, Graduate Assistants (Gas), arrangement and maintenance of specialized committees, maintaining the college/office calendar for regular or routine meeting, etc.
Specialized Representative Tasks and duties that require a unique skill-set to support the Dean's Office to include (but not limited to): representation of the Dean or Dean's Office in routine campus-wide meetings as may be requested; crafting or drafting routine letters on behalf of the Dean or Dean's Office to students; etc..
Other Duties Related to the Office of the Dean that requires the ability to support the Dean's Office, the Division of Academic Affairs or the University to include (but not limited to): assisting with the construction, development, planning or preparation of unique Educational Partnerships, exploratory external initiatives, policy creation/development and/or University/Campus-Wide initiatives designed to enhance, strengthen or otherwise build the capacity of the College of Education, the Division of Academic Affairs or the University.
