We farm roughly 4,500 acres of corn, 3,000 acres of wheat and 2,000 acres of fallow. We also have about 600 acres of feed crops. In addition, we have a cow/calf operation that includes 700 pairs. We occasionally work long hours and nights throughout the year, usually during wheat harvest, corn harvest, planting/drilling season and calving season. Some of our machinery we use include: Case and John Deere equipment, Semis and grain trailers, pickups and Ranger side-by-sides. Calving season runs from February 1-May 15. Duties include checking cattle day and night to ensure the calves are born with no trouble. If the cow is having trouble, calf pulling may be necessary. We also can have bitter cold winters so as soon as a calf is born, it may need to be brought in and placed in the warmer after it is tagged and banded as needed. If the calf is doing well, tagging and banding are all that is needed. Employees will need to feed and water cattle during this confined period. Occasionally, herds are brought home for vaccinations and then hauled out for pasture rotation. All these duties are complete by May because the cows can care for their own calves in the summer months until we sell them. Feeding is also no longer required because the grass in the pastures grows during the warmer months and no manual feeding/watering is needed. At the end of May we focus our attention on our farming crops. Employee will operate tractors, grain carts, and other farm equipment. Employee will assist with swathing, raking and bailing hay, as well as sorting, monitoring, tagging, and assisting cows during calving period. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion. Returning workers will receive a \$1.00/hr more than the AEWR.

Family housing is not available. Housing will be clean and meet applicable Federal, State and local housing standards. Workers must maintain neat and clean housing. Repair cost of intentional damage, other than normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings. Housing/utilities are provided at no cost to workers who are unable to return to their place of residence the same day. If both male and female workers are hired: separate toilet, bathing and sleeping rooms will be provided.

Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each workday. Daily transportation at no cost to workers is available to workers who do not reside in employer provided housing from centralized pick-up points.
