JOB REQUIREMENTS: Property Maintenance of Senior and Low Income properties in the Milwaukee and Brown Deer area. Duties will include: Maintain daily work order log. Prep/paint vacant units. Empty vacant units as needed. Conduct maintenance work in units to get ready for rental. Free property of debris. Put out recycling bins/dumpsters for pick up. Light snow removal and salting. Ensure areas remain free of furniture & other items. Removes & transfers appliances from storage to apt. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: 1 YR EXPERICNE IN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE PREFERRED HS DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT VALID DL and own car. No driving infractions as you may use company vehicle when not using your own car.
