What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and deploy AI/ML models embedded in variable speed drives
Research, evaluate, and mature AI/ML technologies from concept to product readiness
Optimize algorithms and neural networks for resource‑constrained embedded systems
Validate solutions through real‑world testing, including customer site evaluations
Collaborate with customers, academic researchers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impact You’ll Be Part Of

What We're Looking For
Education
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Core Skills & Experience
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink
Experience designing AI/ML algorithms for embedded and resource‑constrained systems
Solid expertise in digital signal processing and feature extraction
Proven end‑to‑end data science experience, including model training and neural networks
Hands‑on experience with microcontrollers, sensor data, and Edge AI environments
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of electric motor drives, variable speed drives, or power electronics

Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder and research networks
