ManpowerGroup Plant Manager in Goshen, New York
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing plant operations while supporting production, maintenance, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of process systems, including the ability to read and apply P&ID diagrams to drive operational efficiency and safety.
Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Goshen, NY
Pay Range: $120,000 to $170,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Benefits: 3 Weeks vacation, 1 Week Sick Time & 1 Week Paid Holiday between Christmas and New Years
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all plant operations including production, shipping, inventory, and maintenance
Lead and develop Production and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational goals
Ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time and within budget
Interpret and utilize P&ID diagrams to support troubleshooting, system improvements, and maintenance planning
Manage facility operations including equipment, utilities, and infrastructure
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and process systems
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize system performance and reliability
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred
3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in regulated industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, or oil and gas preferred
Strong understanding of plant systems, process flow, and P&ID diagrams
Ability to troubleshoot and improve complex process systems
Experience with ERP systems and project management
