Experienced Welders – Skilled Fabrication Work | $24–30/hr

Pay Rate: $24–30 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Assignment Length: Temp-to-hire

We’re hiring experienced welders for immediate openings on day shift in the Greater Portland area . Our client is a well-established fabrication plant that values quality craftsmanship, safety, and precision . These positions offer competitive pay of $24–30 per hour and are temp-to-hire with full-time hours + overtime.

These are hands-on, detail-focused welding roles — not production line jobs. You’ll be working on custom fabrications, using your full range of skills in a clean, organized, and safety-first environment. Typical daily duties:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

  • Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding (1G–3G)

  • Prep and finish work using clamps, jigs, grinders, and power tools

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of welding experience with proficiency in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW

  • Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
