Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer/SRE to support a large‑scale Firco Insight ecosystem consisting of 40+ environments and 400+ servers. This role focuses heavily on CI/CD optimization, Terraform troubleshooting, automation, and environment stability. You will work closely with Development and SRE teams to streamline deployments, reduce manual effort, and improve overall reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customize and stabilize complex CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, and Terraform (OCL/HCL)
· Create, update, and simplify deployment scripts using PowerShell
· Troubleshoot and optimize Terraform configurations and IaC components
· Collaborate closely with development and SRE teams to streamline deployments and reduce manual effort
· Manage secrets using AWS KMS and GitHub Secrets
· Build and maintain reusable automation scripts and templates
· Support 40+ environments and 400+ servers
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 8+ years in DevOps or SRE roles
· Hands‑on experience with Octopus Deploy (or similar orchestration tools)
· Strong PowerShell scripting skills
· Solid experience with GitHub workflows and GitHub Actions
· Working knowledge of AWS services and architecture
· High School Diploma
· Deep familiarity with complex deployment systems
· Knowledge of security best practices
· Strong communication and documentation skills
· Prior SRE experience
