Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term role. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls promptly and courteously.
• Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Monitor and log visitor entries for security and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate communication between different departments and relay messages efficiently.
• Provide part-time support for front desk operations as needed. Requirements • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, including switchboards with 1-10 lines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software applications.
