Job Description
Job Summary:
Unloads deliveries off trucks and moves indoors. Processes goods receipts and places on outgoing shelf for
delivery within plant.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Delivers received material to correct location
Drives to outside vendors to pick up and drop off material
Brings green cards over from Sales Support in the Admin building and delivers them to the correct cell
Stocks cleanroom garments once a week
Assists team as needed when team members are absent
Works in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely handling of material
Ensures GTC compliance by not letting people in the building who are not cleared and by not leaving doors open
Operates forklift to load/unload heavy shipments
Utilizes SAP to transfer material when needed
Job Qualifications:
Must have high attention to detail
Must understand the importance in adhering to GTC requirements
Ability to handle a large workload in short amount of time
Must be able to communicate orally and in writing using the English language
Must be able to manage e-mails daily and provide timely responses
Ability to drive a forklift/training will be provided
Ability to sit 1-2 hours a day
Ability to stand more than 6 hours a day
Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. unassisted
Basic PC skills: keyboarding, use of mouse, data entry
Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook – desired
Flexibility is crucial to be successful in a high-paced environment with changing priorities.
Availability for overtime during end of month/quarter/year essential (as needed)
Collaboration & Teamwork skills are required to effectively serve internal and external customers, and interface with various support groups in order to establish priorities and achieve results.
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce
Salary Range:
$39,000.00-$52,000.000
