Job Details
Seeking 1 skilled technician in Etters PA for a company that remodels job site trailers. This company rents out trailer offices for job sites, and then ships them back to the yard for the Technician's to repair drywall, trim, electrical fixtures, and minor plumbing repairs. You will be going to the same site/yard every day Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm. Must be able to bring your own hand and power tools. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
Record and assess repairs needed on returned portable offices.
Repair wall panels, trim, and minor electrical and plumbing damages.
Replace doors, windows, carpet tiles, and electrical outlets.
Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks, including wiping down counters, windows, walls, and vacuuming office spaces.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
