Impact Home Care Solutions LLC Peer Support Specialist in Goldsboro, North Carolina
Provides recovery-oriented peer support services to individuals receiving behavioral health services. Uses lived experience and formal certification to support engagement, goal-setting, and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver peer support services consistent wit recovery principles
- Support individuals with self-advocacy, wellness, and skill-building
- Coordinate with Qualified Professionals (QP) and clinical team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Active Peer Support Specialist certification (required)
- Experience providing peer or behavioral health support services
- Ability to travel up to 30 miles (mileage reimbursed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- TB screening within last year or willingness to obtain
- Compliance withCARF-aligned policies and ethical standards
