Twin City Staffing is seeking 1 2 Building Maintenance Technicians to assist with remodeling and maintenance projects in residential housing units. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on construction or maintenance experience who enjoy working with tools and learning new skills. Experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply. Location: Golden Valley, MN Wage: $23 $25/hr. (DOE) Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday Friday Benefits of the building maintenance technician: Company pays 65% of employee medical premiums Company-paid dental insurance (100%) Basic life insurance 401(k) Paid time off 2 floating holidays Uniforms provided + yearly pants allowance Duties of the building maintenance technician: Perform light remodeling including installing cabinets and hardware Complete basic electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets) Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, faucets) Operate hand and power tools safely Respond to maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotation Requirements of the building maintenance technician: 6 months 2 years of construction or maintenance experience Ability to travel to worksites across the metro Clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Pass pre-employment screenings Additional information: Apply today!
