Position Summary:Performs work that includes manual assembly of parts and follows the standardworkflow/process procedures. Work may be performed as an individual contributor or in ateam environment. Performs repetitive or semi-repetitive assembly of parts by performingthe following duties.Job Description:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Quality Control on all products* Assembly of various products* Cleaning, polishing & Deburring products* Engraving of various products* Testing of various products* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment* Maintaining Documentation and Paperwork standardsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* Required Skills: Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills (English)* Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee isconstantly required to use eye-hand coordination to manipulate small to large partsfor assembly.* The employee is frequently required to stand/sit for long periods.* Employee must be able to lift and move at least 40 pounds.* Specific vision abilities required by this job includes up-close vision, depthperception, and ability to adjust focus.* High School degree or GED.* Prefer one to two years related experience and/or training.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:* Must be an individual with proven initiative and demonstrated accountability in afast paced environment.* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.
