The Role
As Learning Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the hotel. Working closely with department leaders and the Human Resources team, you will design engaging training programs, support leadership development, and ensure teams have the skills and confidence to deliver the ANdAZ experience every day.
You will play a key role in onboarding new colleagues, embedding brand culture, and supporting ongoing professional growth across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hotel-wide learning and development pro
Deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new colleagues
Coordinate training across departments including service standards, brand culture, and operational skills
Support leadership development and coaching for managers and supervisors
Manage Hyatt learning platforms and compliance training requirements
Identify training needs and create tailored development plans
Track learning outcomes and training completion across teams
Partner with department heads to support continuous improvement
Champion a culture of curiosity, growth, and collaboration
Qualifications:

You’re a passionate about people and someone who thrives on helping others succeed. You’re organised, energetic, and confident delivering training in both group and one-on-one settings.
You Bring:
Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR within hospitality
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across departments
Strong organisational and planning skills
Passion for building high-performing teams and positive workplace culture
