Adecco US, Inc. Travel Oncology Pharmacist in Gold Beach, Oregon
A Travel Oncology Pharmacist position is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this role, you will support a hospital-based infusion center in a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital. This role is ideal for a highly skilled pharmacist with a strong background in oncology and hazardous drug compounding, who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Location: Gold Beach, Oregon
Start date: June 2026
Job duration: Minimum 6-month temp/contract role
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $ 78.22/hr.
Additional Coverage: Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify chemotherapy and other oncology-related medications in accordance with established protocols
Perform hazardous drug compounding in compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards
Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff within the infusion center
Provide clinical guidance and support for oncology treatment regimens
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hospital policies
Utilize Epic EMR for medication management and documentation
Support pharmacy operations within a small, collaborative hospital team
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) (or ability/willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
Current experience in a hospital-based oncology or infusion center
Hands-on experience with chemotherapy medication preparation
Experience with hazardous drug compounding

Curry General Hospital is a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital located on the scenic southern Oregon coast. The facility utilizes Epic EMR and fosters a close-knit, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
