Woodard Cleaning and Restoration Sales Manager in St. Louis,

Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who gets just as energized about building a strong team as they do about driving results. Someone who enjoys working alongside their team, coaching in real moments, and helping sales professionals sharpen their approach and deepen their relationships.

In this role, you will guide the daily performance of our sales team while partnering closely with our Sales Director to support strategy, growth, and market opportunities. Much of your time will be spent alongside the team in the field, coaching through challenges, sharpening sales conversations, and celebrating the moments when everything comes together.

You will also play an important role in improving how our sales team operates. From bringing consistency to CRM practices and refining how opportunities are pursued, your leadership will help the team operate with greater clarity and confidence.

    How You'll Make an Impact

  • You will coach a sales team that consistently delivers strong performance

  • You will spend time in the field with your team through ride-alongs, coaching conversations, and real-time feedback

  • You will improve consultative sales conversations and presentations through practical coaching and support

  • You will document, maintain, and execute the core training process for Account Managers and Account Executives

  • You will bring visibility and discipline to pipeline activity, opportunity strategy, and sales performance

  • You will strengthen Salesforce usage and maintain clear, reliable sales data

  • You will improve the systems and processes that support the sales team's success

  • You will partner closely with operations to help deliver a strong customer experience

  • You will help the team grow not just in results, but in skill, confidence, and leadership
